Terms of service

By placing an order on Order Now JO, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders. An order is confirmed once we contact you by phone or WhatsApp and you confirm the details and address.

2. Cancelling. You can cancel your order for free by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone at 0798522322 any time before it is shipped. After it has left with the courier, our Shipping Policy applies to refused deliveries.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JD). Payment is cash on delivery. Delivery fees are shown before you place your order.

4. Pricing errors and availability. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order. Since you pay on delivery, you are never charged for a cancelled order.

5. Changes. We may change prices, products and offers at any time without notice. Orders that have already been confirmed keep the price at the time of ordering.

6. Returns and replacements. Returns and replacements follow our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Product information. We try to show products as accurately as possible. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from the photos.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Amman.
