Ordering & payment
How do I order?
Choose your product on the website and complete your order. We'll then contact you by phone or WhatsApp from 0798522322 to confirm your order and address before sending it, so please make sure your number is correct.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery only. You pay when your order arrives, and we never ask for a bank card.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for free. Just contact us on WhatsApp or by phone before the order goes out for delivery.
What currency are prices in?
Jordanian Dinars (JD), and the delivery fee is shown before you confirm your order.
Delivery
Do you deliver across Jordan?
Yes, we deliver to all cities in Jordan.
How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
How much is delivery?
2 JD in Amman, 3 JD for other cities, and free on orders of 30 JD or more.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
The courier tries to deliver twice. If they can't reach you, or the order is refused at the door without a valid reason, the order is cancelled.
Replacements & returns
What if my item arrives defective?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at 0798522322 and send a clear photo or video of the problem. Once we confirm it, we replace the item for free, including delivery, and if no replacement is available we refund the full amount in cash.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No. Replacements and returns are only for items that are defective, damaged or different from what you ordered.
Can personal-care products be replaced?
For hygiene reasons, shavers, hair removal devices, waxing kits, derma rollers, skin scrubbers and baby nasal aspirators can only be replaced if the defect shows on first use.
